Gary Gipson, Realtor

I have been practicing real estate for the past eight years. I'm a licensed Realtor® and a member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I am a member of the Fresno and Tulare MLS', which means that all of my listings show up in both multiple listing services. I've been in the top 25% of performers in my office for the last three years running, and I also recently completed Guarantee Real Estate's Integrity Selling course.

I have lived in the Reedley area for over 45 years, was educated in the local schools and graduated from Reedley High School in 1968. I graduated from Reedley College and then from California State University, Fresno in 1973. I have owned my own business for over 30 years.

On a personal level, I am involved in many activities centered around an outdoors lifestyle, including shooting, camping and working on the family farm. My current hobbies include computers, traveling, visiting my 7 grandchildren and participating in church and community activities. I serve on the deacon board for the First Baptist Church in Dinuba, and I am involved in various ministries there.

Caitlin is a freelance writer and marketing consultant based in the Los Angeles area. She manages my marketing plan and promotions for my listed properties. Caitlin brings seven years of professional marketing experience along with a B.S. in Marketing and Web & Information Technology from Azusa Pacific University.
